   Gravity matters. We start at ceiling fans, light fixtures, and shelving — then work down to baseboards, then finally floors. Cleaning floors first is how amateur teams create rework. Within each room, we clean left-to-right so nothing gets missed.

   Four cloth colors, one purpose each: red for bathroom surfaces, blue for glass and mirrors, yellow for kitchen, green for general living areas. Cross-contamination is how bathroom bacteria ends up on your kitchen counter. Our color system makes that impossible.

   4. Disinfectant Dwell Time

   EPA-registered disinfectants only kill bacteria if they sit on the surface for the required contact time — typically 3 to 10 minutes. Spraying and immediately wiping is theater, not sanitation. We apply first, work on other tasks, then return and wipe last.

   5. Final Quality Walkthrough

   Before we leave, our lead cleaner completes a 47-point room-by-room inspection card: bathrooms checked, kitchen checked, floors checked, trash taken, pet areas re-checked. Photos are taken for move-out and Airbnb jobs. If anything is missed, we fix it on the spot.
